Shamrock Brownie Bites


Brownie bites are a huge hit in our household. These are super fun and gives the kids a chance to help with decorating when it comes to the M&Ms. With just a few simple ingredients, you will have a cute way to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day whether it be at home or at a party.

I also shared a recipe for Valentine’s Day that you could also use the idea from to use for St. Patrick’s Day for even more Brownie Bite fun!

Shamrock Brownie Bites

Prep time: 1 hour
Yield: 38


1 box of your choice brownie mix
Yellow frosting
Green mini M&M’s



  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Make brownie mix according to directions, and fill greased mini muffin tins about half full.
  3. Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes, just until a toothpick comes clean.
  4. Once cooled, pipe the yellow frosting on top, then use the mini M&M’s to shape little Shamrocks.

We love simple treats around here and these are sure to satisfy that sweet tooth!

With such simple ingredients you can definitely whip some more up super quick!
