Brownie bites are a huge hit in our household. These are super fun and gives the kids a chance to help with decorating when it comes to the M&Ms. With just a few simple ingredients, you will have a cute way to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day whether it be at home or at a party.

Shamrock Brownie Bites
Prep time: 1 hour
Yield: 38
Ingredients:
1 box of your choice brownie mix
Yellow frosting
Green mini M&M’s
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Make brownie mix according to directions, and fill greased mini muffin tins about half full.
- Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes, just until a toothpick comes clean.
- Once cooled, pipe the yellow frosting on top, then use the mini M&M’s to shape little Shamrocks.
We love simple treats around here and these are sure to satisfy that sweet tooth!
