Coffee Magic With Touch Brewers

touchbrewers

If you are like me, you are running on coffee. It doesn’t matter if it is morning or afternoon. Coffee keeps your world going at just the right pace. One cup brewers have taken over the coffee lovers world, and I am right there loving every second of it.

Touch Brewers have made me switch one cup brewers for the time being because the coffee that is made is so hot and smooth that I enjoy every single sip. Most of the time, my coffee ends up too cold by time I get to finish it all, but with the Touch Brewer, it comes out hotter from the start to last even longer than before. The Touch T214B makes coffee so easy and has so many different options that you can please anyone’s coffee style.

touchbrewer2

As you can see, I am a fan of Dunkin Donuts coffee. I can’t always go out and get that cup of coffee though and so I rely on my K-Cups to take me there. The Touch T214B replicates the cup of coffee that I so desperately love.

You can choose your size and you can also choose your flavor intensity. Even better this Touch Brewer is lightning fast. When I get up with my husband in the morning, all I have to do is touch two buttons. I turn the brewer on and then I select 8 oz because that is what fits in his coffee tumbler. We leave the intensity for the both of us on Medium, but you can change that lower or higher if you wish. Even more awesome is that you can make a whole pot of coffee if you wish!

touchbrewers3

I also love that despite my Keurig that I have had for years, this brewer has a tank on the back that allows me to make multiple cups of coffee without having to add water every single time.

Coffee is supposed to be easy and with Touch Brewers you get the caffeinated cup of goodness quickly. The setup for this brewer is also quick. All it takes is to run a clean cycle with water a few times through the brewer and it’s ready for you to use. I literally made my first cup of coffee with my Touch T214B Brewer in minutes after running the cycles to set it up.

The Rapid Brew Technology that features Flash Heating and Flavor Grooves is something unlike anything I have ever heard of before. Flash Heating means that piping-hot water is pushed through compatible K-cups and then the Flavor Grooves swirl the grinds to release all the flavor that you want from the coffee.

If you have never heard of a Touch Brewers, you are missing out terribly! The coffee that is made from this brewer tastes like it came right from a coffee shop but it is in the comforts of your own home. For the coffee lover in your life, this is a must have.

Warm Your Space With a Crane Fireplace Heater

craneheater

Winter is upon us now and we all have that space that needs just a little extra heating in the house. I received the Crane Fireplace Heater and I immediately fell in love. It is aesthetically beautiful and doesn’t look out of place in your space like some heaters can. The first thing I did was test it in the living room because most mornings that is the chilliest room in the house.

We tend to spend a lot of time in this room in the morning and so I figured that instead of running heat throughout the home, we could use the Crane Fireplace Heater. The space heated quickly and since it is cool to the touch my girls sit in front of it and I don’t have to worry.

craneheater2
I also love that the heater had three different settings. There are low and high settings on the heater but also a no heat setting that just displays the faux flames. My children loved the flames look especially when it was dark and so this setting came in handy quite a few times.

craneheater3

It’s also nice to create a mood in the room if you do not have a fireplace in the home at all.

Even after hours of the Crane Fireplace Heater being on, it really does still remain cool to the touch. With three children in our home, this is so important to us. This is a great supplement heat at night too when it does get chilly in our older style house that can sometimes get drafty. Another great feature that the Crane Fireplace Heater has is that it automatically shuts off if it overheats.

You may be thinking that my electric bill has now gone up from running the heater, but it really hasn’t! This heater packs a warm punch and heats very quickly for being so small. This is such a fun heater and I know that if you are looking for a heater for any space in your house that you will love this one, too!

Check out the Crane Fireplace Heater in action in the video below and if you like what you see make sure to visit Crane to get your own.

Barbie Hug ‘N Heal Pet Doctor Kit

We received the Barbie Hug ‘N Heal Pet Doctor Kit to review with my 3 year old daughter. She is in love with Barbie and when she watched the episodes about the pets, she was so engaged that I knew that this would be a great toy for her.

barbiepetdoctor

I was also very excited about having her care for a pet before we decided to get one of our own. She has always been a kind and caring soul and so when she started right away taking care of the puppy in the kit it made me smile. I had no idea that this pet would actually make noises and when it did my daughter was delighted!

I love that it came with so many different items for her to engage with. This is not your typical doctor’s kit like when my son was her age. I think this is why I liked it so much. It put together the doctor aspect along with one of her favorite shows, Barbie. The puppy will respond to the accessories with real sounds that a pet would.

Even though we received the white dog, the kit also has the option for a chihuahua to take care of and make sure that they are healthy. Their noses glow red when they sneeze, and the tissue makes them feel all better. This is such a cute toy for a little one to make sure that her new furry friend feels the best that they possibly can!

Features:

  • Interactive pet with pressure sensitive pads in head, back and front paws that activate different exciting pet sounds.
  • Pet responds to bottle and bone. Each pet comes with a unique carrying bag to hold both pet and all accessories.
  • Accessories include carrying bag, stethoscope, thermometer, milk bottle, syringe, bone, certificate and a prescription pad.

The Barbie Hug ‘N Heal Pet Doctor Kit is something that my daughter has played with daily since we have had it. She even goes to sleep with the puppy at night. She is literally her new best friend.

This product is recommended for ages 3 and up, but my 17 month old also loves it! You can purchase the Barbie Hug ‘N Heal Pet Doctor Kit at Toys “R” Us for $29.99.

Find Your Style With A Rexrode Creations #Homemade

I received these items for my open and honest review and promotion. All opinions are 100% my own.

ARexrodeCreations

I am an absolute fan of homemade jewelry. I wish I knew how to do a lot of the things myself, but that’s what there are stars on Etsy for, right? Meet Arleen of A Rexrode Creations. She has a passion for what she creates and you can see it in her jewelry that she send out to you. As pictured above is a Shell Necklace and Earring Combo. I paired it with a yellow and tan beach ensemble and it was darling! If you have more of a plain style like I do these creations will do wonders to make you stand out.

As I just stated I am kind of a fan of yellow and red. Blame that on my Redskins team upbringing, but regardless, these earrings below are awesome! I have always been a fan of this look since I was younger and I am glad to know that someone still makes them and with gold in between at that. For me these are perfect heading into the Fall season for game days. A little feminine touch to a game day outfit never hurt anyone.

ARexrodeCreations2

All of the earrings can be created and changed to a post or even a clip-on so if you need this just let the designer know at checkout. There is no extra charge! With most dangling type earrings, you would be wary that they may weigh your earlobes down. I can attest to you that these do not weigh you down in the slightest.

Meet The Artist Behind The Designs

ArleenAspiring to create memorable jewelry that will inspire you and reflect your inner essence.

Arleen wants to be able to design pieces for you that you will be able to wear on a daily basis that feel unique and like you are showcasing pieces of art. Unique pieces can define you in just a simple statement. This is one things that I love so much about Arleen’s shop and I will be purchasing from her in the future.

She has a studio in her home where she creates her jewelry. Even though she has this space, her more creative side comes out when she is on her porch with natural landscape and a little music inspiration to get her going.

Her designs will last you for a long time because she puts wax on the threads. It not only makes them easier to work with but will keep the threads from fraying on you. She also takes her bead work very seriously and will pass two threads through them. She wants them to stand the test of time.

Arleen know that some people have allergic reactions to particular metals and that is why she avoids using nickel and lead in any of her designs. When using gold and silver plating, the base metal is brass. If she uses any other type of metal in a design, she will make sure to put that in the description. As of January 2015, she has been using a special coating process adopted by the most revered jewelry designers in the market. This special treatment inhibits metals from the normal oxidation process that occurs over time.

Even though she is conscious of trying everything to make your jewelry designs last, she stresses to please take care of you jewelry like you would any other because making sure that it is cleaned of oils, perfumes, deodorants and things of the like will make it last longer and be more beautiful over time.

Discovering Delilah Book #Review

HARBORSIDE NIGHTS is a sexy, hot, and evocatively real New Adult Romance series that follows a group of friends who have known one another for years as “summer” friends, and now come together after college to build their lives. They’re tough, edgy, and accepting—most of the time. This series is written in the loving, raw, and emotional voice readers have come to love by New York Times & USA Today bestselling, award-winning author Melissa Foster.

DISCOVERING DELILAH is an #LGBT New Adult Romance

After the death of her parents on the day of her college graduation, Delilah Armstrong thought she could finally follow her heart and come out to her closest friends, but the guilt of going against her parents’ beliefs haunts her. The feelings she has for her best friend,Ashley, are stronger than anything she’s felt before, but Delilah has never even kissed a girl, and fear stops her at every turn.

Ashley Carver promised herself that she would never again date another girl who wasn’t out, but that was before she met intoxicatingly sweet and sexy Delilah.

When another girl offers to teach Delilah the ropes, it changes Delilah’s whole world and gives her the courage to go after the only girl she really wants. But coming out isn’t as easy as Delilah imagined, and moving past her parents’ death and the feelings of guilt she is left with is even harder. The intense passion between Ashley and Delilah is too strong to deny, but coming together means risking everything.

Discovering Delilah is an edgy, evocative, romantic story of friendship, family, and the courage to love.

**CONTENT WARNING: Due to mature content, recommended for readers aged 18+**

“Melissa Foster does a great job addressing the (still) sensitive subject of same sex relationships and the stereotypes, prejudices and sometimes even consequences of being in one. But this book doesn’t only focus on that one topic. You will also see the beauty of friendship, the love of family and one’s metamorphosis from confusion and pain to self-discovery and acceptance.

No matter if you are heterosexual, homosexual or asexual, this is a must read for everybody!”

 My Review:

Relationships are not the same anymore. There are all sorts whether they be of the same sex, mixed views or even mixed races. I am so proud that I got to read this novel right after the passing of same-sex marriage. Delilah comes from a VERY conservative home and her parents have no problem in putting down same-sex relationships. So, of course, Delilah has always dated the opposite sex, but it’s just not who she loves or is attracted to at all. I’m going to be a bit honest here and say I think that the majority of women have had a same-sex encounter in one way or another growing up. Testing out the waters and kissing your best friend, for instance. Doesn’t have to mean anything, but for Delilah it does.

Delilah’s parents pass and she still wonders about the belief that same-sex relationships just are not right. Harborside is not shy of having a gay community. She starts to really dig into herself and wonders why her family even chose there is a place to live when that belief was so out in the open for her and her brother, Wyatt, to see. She continues to not let her true feelings out but becomes attracted more and more to Ashley. She was so shocked after coming out to Ashley that she felt the same exact way. It’s hard to know what to do with her feelings and how to come out with them when there are so many people there to judge her if she does. This book touches on a very serious subject in the world today and does it with grace. This is a must-read no matter what you may believe,

I received this book to review through Beck Valley Books Book Tours, all the opinions above are 100% my own.

The Road Home (The Letter Series Book 2) #Review

NEW RELEASE….

Find your way home…

1891—Living separately for three years, fourteen-year-old twins, Katherine and Tommy Arthur, have done their best to make each boarding house feel like home. But unrest grows as they are driven to questionable actions just to survive. Meanwhile their desperate mother is confronted with breaking yet another promise to her children. Then a miracle descends. Hope rises on a cold, rainy night and changes everything. If Jeanie could just get word to Katherine and Tommy, she knows she can set their lives right again. Agitators, angels, and dangerous “saviors” illuminate the Arthurs’ unmatched determination and smarts.

1905—Though she tries to forget the awful years that hurt so much, the memories still haunt Katherine. Now, tearful mourners at her mother’s funeral force her to revisit a time in her life that both harmed and saved her in the most unexpected ways. Tommy grieves his mother’s passing as well. He too is thrust backward, compelled to rediscover the events in his life that shaped the man he has become. Will he commit to reconstructing his broken life? The Arthurs come to understand that forgiveness is the only way back to hope, the only way to find all that was good in the misfortune that transformed their lives forever.

“Kathleen Shoop has woven a story that crosses over several years with events that define lives. Katherine and Tommy are two characters that will stand out in my mind for a long time. The way the story blends back and forth between the two time periods is seamless and enjoyable, slowly painting a whole picture for the reader to see. I have not read the first book in this series, but I honestly feel that this one stands alone beautifully. You will take a journey with these characters that will evoke emotions and entertain you. This is my favorite kind of historical fiction; emotional and fun at the same time. I would highly recommend this to anyone who loves a great book.”

“I loved this riveting tale of hope and redemption. The Road Home comes to life with gorgeous imagery and a setting that eased me seamlessly and beautifully back and forth in time. Each character stood out, coaxing me into her story, making me want more. With the turn of every page there’s a revelation, something hidden or something wonderful and unexpected. The Road Home is a must-read for any book lover and a perfect follow-up to The Last Letter.”

Letter Series Book 1 – The Last Letter

A Father’s Deceit
A Husband’s Betrayal
A Loved One’s Death
A Mother’s Choice
A Daughter’s Resentment
A Time to Forgive

For every daughter who thinks she knows her mother’s story…

Katherine wouldn’t have believed it if she hadn’t found the last letter…

Katherine Arthur’s dying mother arrives on her doorstep, forcing her to relive a past she wanted to forget. When Katherine was young, the Arthur family had been affluent city dwellers until shame sent them running for the prairie, into the unknown. Taking her family, including young Katherine, to live off the land was the last thing Jeanie Arthur had wanted, but she would do her best to make a go of it. For Jeanie’s husband Frank it had been a world of opportunity. Dreaming, lazy Frank. But, it was a society of uncertainty — a domain of natural disasters, temptation, hatred, even death.

Ten-year-old Katherine had loved her mother fiercely, put her trust in her completely, but when there was no other choice, and Jeanie resorted to extreme measures on the prairie to save her family, she tore Katherine’s world apart. Now, seventeen years later, Katherine has found the truth — she has discovered the last letter. After years of anger, can Katherine find it in her heart to understand why her mother made the decisions that changed them all? Can she forgive and finally begin to heal before it’s too late?

About Kathleen Shoop

I have a PhD in Reading Education and have worked in schools for over twenty years. I work with teachers and their students in grades k-8 and am lucky to learn something new from them every time I walk through their doors. This experience was a huge help in writing LOVE AND OTHER SUBJECTS–a quirky, post-college coming of age story with a splash of fun romance.

My first novel, The Last Letter (2011 IPPY Gold Medal–Regional Fiction, Midwest, 2011 Indie Excellence Finalist Award for Historical Fiction and Regional Fiction, 2011 International Book Awards Finalist for Historical Fiction and Best New Fiction), was a fascinating trip through history, punctuated with fictional characters and events. The idea for the story grew from my great-great grandmother’s letters (see My Dear Frank for the complete set of letters!) written during the year of her engagement to Frank Arthur. The beautiful letters are the inspiration for the novel, the seed from which The Last Letter’s characters and their voices grew.

I’ve also written women’s fiction–LOVE AND OTHER SUBJECTS– and have written another historical fiction novel, AFTER THE FOG, set in 1948 in Donora, PA. AFTER THE FOG is also an award winning book–A finalist in the Eric Hoffer Book Awards, a silver IPPY and WINNER in the literary category of the National Indie Excellence Awards.

I adore writing historical fiction (The Letter series, After the Fog) but am having a blast writing romance like Home Again and Return to Love (Endless Love series) Thank you so much for the time you take to read.

My Review:

Even though The Road Home is the 2nd book in The Letter Series, this book does not cause you to have to read the first book first in order to understand it. It could be read as a standalone if you had never read the first novel before. You meet the Arthur family once again in The Road Home. Historical fiction has always been one of my favorite genres. Kathleen Shoop’s writing style never ceases to draw me right in. I admit that I was sad when the 484 page novel ended. If an author can keep you drawn in for that long of a novel, then you know that it is something special you’re reading.

The timeline for this novel, just like with The Last Letter, is set in 1891 and 1905. The chapters are separated by character and year. I absolutely love this way of telling historical fiction because each character gets their own voice. You get to know each one just a little better than you would if they had been all told through one fluid story line. Katherine and Tommy both endured hardships while they were living apart from the family, but each one was different than the other. There was no comparison hardly in what Katherine went through versus Tommy. Jeanie’s perspective chapters made you wonder how she did it. How did a mother let go of her children like that? She had to was the answer. You get to learn why and how she fought so hard to get them back. Jeanie’s funeral was more to me at the end of the novel than it was when I first started to read the book. You didn’t really know her back story or the children’s that well to let that she had died really sink in and bother you. The way this story was told had me wondering what it would have been like back then not to have a support system and to be all alone with my children. Would I have made the same choices?

Booker: Blood Ring (Booker #4) #Review

New Release…

Her dimpled smile and alluring gaze wouldn’t work this time. Neither would her charm, curves, and effervescent youth–qualities that had always kept her moving in all the right circles. The high life.

Not this time. This time was terrifyingly different.

Shackled by her own regrets and the hell delivered by her captors, she struggles to find a sliver of hope where there is none. Time ticks . . .

Having made a name for himself in just a few short months as a Dallas PI, Booker T. Adams yanks the brake on everything once the sister of his business partner and friend, Alisa Lopes, goes missing.

Meanwhile, a family grieves for the loss of their child, another teen who thought she could have it all. Hired to find her killer, Booker treads through a layer of slime, trying to uncover who could be preying on a generation blinded by the hyper-active pursuit of fame and fortune—someone who enjoys it far too much.

With time running out before another shining star turns up in a body bag, Booker chases an invisible executor, grasping at any shred of evidence to find the young beauty.

For Alisa. For the grieving family. For every girl plucked off the street never to be heard from again. It has to stop. Today. In Dallas.

Booker will either succeed or die trying. And so will countless others.

Booker: Streets of Mayhem (Booker #1)

On a cool October afternoon, the majestic blue sky above Dallas is polluted with swells of gray smoke, carrying shattered memories of fifteen people, mostly children, who’ve just been killed by an explosion on a bus.

A white supremacist group claims responsibility, opening old wounds, turning neighbor against neighbor–fracturing the community.

A Southeast Dallas native, Booker T. Adams couldn’t be more invested in the city…in the people he’d served for the last seven years as a beat cop for the Dallas Police Department. Without warning, it becomes personal for Booker on so many levels. And as panic grips the city, he must decide how much he’s willing to sacrifice to end the chaos.

With his career called into question and his family in the crosshairs of one terrorist act after another, Booker invests every fiber of his being to protect a broken community, and to stop the brutal, senseless slayings.

If he fails, terrorism will reign in the city of Dallas.

After a life filled with destruction of others and himself, and his body ravaged by disease, there’s only one thing left for Javier Calero to do. Leave a legacy that will finally bring meaning to his life—and to the death of an American president more than fifty years ago.

The CEO of a green energy company is murdered behind his million-dollar estate, his neck nearly severed in two. Recruited to aid the widow and find a savage killer, Booker finds himself in the middle of a family train wreck.

Days later, thrust into the crossfire of a deadly sniper, Booker eludes sure death with the uncanny arrival of a young woman who only wants to save her father from harm. But she can’t do it without Booker’s help.

Joining forces with a Latin spitfire, Booker and his new sidekick, Maggie, embark on a twenty-four-hour quest to hunt down a killer determined to make an indelible mark on history—just like the one that struck down John F. Kennedy a half-century earlier, which launched a cascade of assassination investigations and theories.

My Review:

Let me start this review with a shout out to the author! What a sweet man! I am a print type of girl. I will admit I like to hold that book in my hand and turn the pages. I want the pages to be worn from me reading them over and over. E-readers have made life easier, but nothing will compare to print. I spoke with John because I am addicted to this series and I wanted it on my bookshelf! They are coming in December. Can I say I am so excited? Beyond excited!

I will compare my addiction to these books like I love James Patterson. Yes, they are that good and you will want to keep reading. I would recommend that you read this as a whole series so that you can really get the story line. This book is for a mature audience and there are some graphic scenes, but I would want nothing less. We read a lot of romance and light reads, but every now and again we want to be taken to somewhere we would never go. This book in the series has a lot of grit and surrounds Alisa, Booker’s assistant, for most of the time after her sister, Natalie, has been tortured to death.

Lots of open ended plot twists that I hope will be answered in the coming book. This book will keep you on your toes and sometimes your face will contort a little bit with some of the scene descriptions, but that’s perfect! Means the author did his job by painting the scenes so vividly you feel like you could be there. Keep it up Mr. Mefford! I can not wait for more and to get my hands on those print copies!

I received this book to review through Beck Valley Books Book Tours, all the opinions above are 100% my own.

About the Author

I’ve been writing, in one way or another for as long as I can remember; writing poetry, short stories, a romance novel secretly stashed under the bed and sappy love letters. Fiction should be fun. I wanted to create the perfect beach book, to make the reader laugh, cry and cheer… and then run out and tell their friends about it.

My love of reading began when I was seven, the day I opened the cover of my first Mrs. Piggle Wiggle book. Mrs. P gave lessons to other children in how to behave and to me I learned to love the written word. I live with my family and demon children aka rescue cats in South Florida.

My Review:

The Paradise is one of my absolute favorites. I have every single book in paperback thanks to the lovely Deborah Brown. This latest one is number SEVEN and it is by far the one that had me gripping the edges of my seat the most. Madison and Fab are always getting themselves into some sort of mess and this time is no different. It’s actually even more of a whopper than before. This will make everyone’s lives different. If you have read all of the other books and are following my reviews, then you will be just as mad as me when Madison and Creole’s relationship is affected. Mad face would be here if I could make one!

This series always has me coming back for more and more suspense, but I think if I were a character in the book my emotions would be more a wreck than theirs. This one is a big ball of “oh my!” and “no way!”. I wouldn’t have it any other way though. I absolutely love this series. With only seven books showing anywhere that I have looked and no leak of something being added to the series in the future, can I just insert here that I am devastated. I need more!

Three Silver Doves Book #Review

NEW BOOK RELEASE….

When New York reporter Paige MacKenzie heads to Tres Palomas, New Mexico, the resort of Agua Encantada seems a perfect destination to combine work with pleasure. A quick article on the healing mineral springs and a few leisurely soaking sessions in the resort’s soothing waters promises well-deserved rest and relaxation.

Paige is immediately intrigued with a local artist’s one-of-a-kind jewelry designs, as well as weekly gatherings to hear legends from an elderly storyteller. But when identical jewelry shows up on another guest and the storyteller goes missing, Paige’s R&R is soon redefined as restlessness and risk. Curious and persistent by nature, Paige is convinced there’s a connection. Enlisting the help of a flirtatious resort worker seems like a good idea until it begins to test her loyalty to her favorite cowboy, Jake Norris. Will an unexpected overnight trip to Tierra Roja Casino lead her to the answers she seeks, or are darker secrets lurking along the way?

Her passions include photography, hiking and animal rescue. She speaks five languages, some substantially better than others. She now divides her time between California and Wyoming, dragging one human and two canines along whenever possible.

My Review:
Even though this is part of a series and not the first one, I was still just as drawn into it with Paige Mackenzie as the main character. She is fun and quirky in all the right ways. Paige is a reporter that has been doing stories on the west and finds herself at Agua Encantanda Resort in Tres Palomas, New Mexico. She is supposed to be there to relax a little bit and to take in everything about the resort for her story that she is writing.

As we find out from her love interest, Jake, trouble seems to find Paige wherever she goes on assignment. Paige finds herself in the middle of a mystery in Tres Palomas the very first night she is there when she hears noises coming from the spa. Paige, being the reporter that she is, just as to get to the bottom of whatever is going on around the spa. Miguel as her guide and helper along the way they are determined to find out what is going on with Whitehorse and his Miguel’s sister’s jewelry that she has been making.

You will love Paige’s attitude, Jake’s spunkiness, Miguel’s suave attitude and all the other characters in this novel. Some will have you wondering and the outcome of what is happening will have your head spinning. I can’t believe all of these emotions were twisted into such a quick read that was light and something I very much enjoyed.

I will be going back and reading what I missed before this novel and looking forward to the rest that come along afterwards.

Too Much on Your Mind and Can’t Sleep?

This post was created in partnership with Mom Buzz Media. I received this product free of charge in exchange for my honest opinion.

Falling asleep and staying asleep is something that I have a really hard time doing. I have a lot on my plate juggling a full time job, staying at home with my three kids while I do that job, blogging and making sure my household runs smoothly. I should just pass out as soon as I hit the sheets, right? How many of us actually do that? I have a million and one things running through my head. I think too much. I plan out my next day before it has even begun. It’s a problem that I have suffered from since I was little. I have anxiety over what I have to get done and what I have not been able to do. I do fall asleep, but I rarely ever stay asleep.

NatrolMelatonin

I jumped at the chance to be able to try Natrol Melatonin 1MG Fast Dissolve when it presented itself. I have always wondered if Melatonin would really work for me since my anxiety puts my brain into overdrive. I have been scared of sleep aids because of the warnings that you may become dependent on them. I am always on the hunt for natural answers to things and so here we are.

The flavor listed on the bottle was Strawberry and I couldn’t help thinking “Okay, I can live with that!” Chewable is not my favorite form of taking pills, but anything to help me get a good night sleep again I was game to try. I did my research a little bit and melatonin has been shown to reduce anxiety. Answer to my prayers? Maybe. They mean it when they say fast dissolve on the bottle. Other sleep aids will tell you on the bottle that they can take 30 minutes to start to work. Kind of a problem with someone that has anxiety.

NatrolMelatonin2

So now is the part where you want to know what I thought? After taking Natrol Melatonin for a couple nights in a row, I was pleasantly surprised that I fell asleep quickly and that I stayed asleep. I woke up without feeling that hungover feeling that you normally have from non-natural sleep aids. Thank goodness because I have things to do! If you have trouble getting to sleep in the first place or staying asleep throughout the night, this is the answer to your questions of how you will ever get that back. Oh and by the way I started writing this post about 15 minutes ago after I took three of these and it’s time to say goodnight.

Sweet dreams my loyal readers! Visit here to get yours today.
