Clara Lee is the author of “The Cupcake Theory,” a book about romantic relationships and self-worth. Born in Seoul, Korea and raised in Northern California, Lee is a graduate of Boston University. Her entrepreneurial spirit was honed at BU, where she gained the knowledge and skills to successfully build businesses. Lee’s love for the arts led her to the world of fashion, media and entertainment, including modeling, hosting, dancing, singing and songwriting. Lee currently resides in Los Angeles, Calif., with her puppy Blueberry. My Review:

This short little story of how to be happy with yourself before a relationship had me laughing. I was fascinated with the pictures that they chose to use for the different types of icings that could go on the cupcakes. I loved how inspiring it was and I would have loved to have something like this back when I was dating in highschool and even college. Even though I feel like I have found my soulmate this little bite of happiness teaches you that you have to love yourself first and not be outshined by your partner. This is perfect advice for someone that has just started a relationship or that has been in one for a long time.
